One of my many flits over the years has been making smoothies and juices. I’ve been flitting in and out of it since 2008. I remember that year well because I was pregnant with my eldest at the time. This post is where I’m putting all my favourite recipes that I’ve tried over the years. I won’t lie, some of the photos are via AI but I only used ones that finally became the colour of the actual smoothie! I tried to take my own but jeez they were bland.
I am not one for eating blueberries. I see them as an expensive grape. I know that makes no sense but they donβt have a great deal of taste, in my opinion. HOWEVER, they are a superfood so I know they need to go into a smoothie. This smoothie combines the blueberries with oranges. This photo is created with midjourney to represent the smoothie. If I took it myself then it would just be a glass sat on the sideboard. Much prettier like this donβt you think?
I love berry flavoured smoothies. I have spent many a fiver at my local cafe where they make the Very Berry smoothie. Mmmm...salivating just thinking about it. Anyway, this is as close as I can get to it from home. Again, this is a midjourney representation of it!
Now there is nothing I like more than a chicken sandwich with stuffing and apple sauce. No, this isn't that but it has apple sauce in it! The random ingredient is maple syrup!
As you can tell, I am obsessed with berries. a delicious blend of fresh fruits, nuts, and yogurt. This smoothie is perfect for those mornings when you need a quick, nutritious kickstart or an afternoon pick-me-up thatβs both healthy and satisfying.
